The hosting and security providers may process standard technical data such as IP address, device information, requested URL, and timestamps to deliver and protect the site. AuditedTrader does not place advertising pixels on these pages.
Email and evidence submissions
If you email AuditedTrader, the message, address, attachments, and information you include are processed to answer the request or assess the evidence. Do not send account credentials, private keys, or information unnecessary to the review.
Publication
Only the information required to support a public claim should appear in the registry. Personal identifiers and account details not needed for the claim should be excluded or redacted.
Retention
Correspondence and evidence may be retained while a record remains under review or published, and for a reasonable period needed for correction, security, and legal purposes. Retention depends on the material and applicable obligations; this policy does not promise indefinite storage.
Third parties
The site links to external sources, including WCTC and Vector Ridge. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
